Aaron was on time and very professional. He thoroughly diagnosed our oven and found issues we were not aware of. The sad part is the oven is so far past its day, we will need to replace. That said, Aaron saved us from making short term repairs that in theory could have benefited him. He is honest and knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Aaron is really a stand-up guy. He is very kind and willing to educate, which I always appreciate. He replaced the heating element in my Samsung dryer and it’s now working like a charm. I had some additional questions about the dryer a few days after the service and he got back to me in a timely fashion and even paid me another visit (at no charge) to address my concerns. His service is above and beyond. I’ll definitely seek him out for future appliance repairs. Thanks Aaron!
