Aaron is really a stand-up guy. He is very kind and willing to educate, which I always appreciate. He replaced the heating element in my Samsung dryer and it’s now working like a charm. I had some additional questions about the dryer a few days after the service and he got back to me in a timely fashion and even paid me another visit (at no charge) to address my concerns. Aaron called me within a half hour of my request for service. Our freezer stopped working. As soon as he arrived, I knew we'd chosen the right company. He very quickly diagnosed the issue, got rid of the frost that was left and installed a new part. He took the time to explain, in terms that I could understand, what the problem was, why it happened, and how he would repair it. And how to avoid the issue in the future. He went above and beyond.
