We stand behind the work that we provide. We provide a 30 day warranty on the trip charge/diagnostic fee, 90 day labor warranty, and parts are warrantied per the manufacturer and/or distributor.
I was able to get an appointment right away. Aaron from Leatherneck Appliance LLC quickly diagnosed the problem with my fridge. Very happy with this business and would recommend without hesitation.

Sent Leatherneck Appliance an email with my appliance model # and error code on a Thursday morning. I received a call 25 mins later, and Aaron had looked up the error code, the parts needed and told me he could come out later that afternoon to troubleshoot and verify the problem. The parts were received early the following week, Aaron came out, replaced the parts, corrected a few other minor things he found and we've been up and running ever since!!! Would recommend to ANYONE needing an honest, hardworking appliance repairman!!!

I really don't like dealing with repair people. I usually vet (no pun intended) three at a time because they can be inconsistent in prices and service quality and sometimes it's hard to tell what you got until the job is over. The minute I got on the phone with Aaron, I trusted him. He knew what I was talking about right away, no hype, no mystery, no hidden add-ons, great communication, clear explanation of the problem, and the repair was done on time and professionally. I will use him exclusively from now on.
