Aaron is really a stand-up guy. He is very kind and willing to educate, which I always appreciate. He replaced the heating element in my Samsung dryer and it’s now working like a charm. I had some additional questions about the dryer a few days after the service and he got back to me in a timely fashion and even paid me another visit (at no charge) to address my concerns.
