FAQ's

What makes my oven smell so bad when it is cleaning itself?

Self-cleaning ovens smell bad because of stuck-on grease and food and, in many cases, oven rack material that isn’t meant to be exposed to extreme heat. However, the smell isn’t dangerous. Although the fumes from self-cleaning ovens can be harmful to some tropical birds, they are not harmful to humans, despite popular belief.

What Is The Most Common Cause Of Appliance Failure?

There are many potential causes of appliance failure, but the most common one is simply wear and tear.  Another common cause of appliance failure is electrical problems.  Finally, another common cause of appliance failure is simply user error. People can sometimes accidentally damage their appliances by using them in ways that they’re not supposed to.

Do you guarantee your services?

We provide a 30 day warranty on all service calls, 90 day labor warranty, and parts are warrantied per the manufacturer and/or distributor.

How does pricing work?

Trip charge/diagnostic fee ranges from $85 to $155 depending on location. After diagnosis an estimate will be provided with parts, tax, labor, and shipping, which is in addition to the trip charge/diagnostic fee.

How Can I Make My Appliances Last?

The number one thing to do is to actually read the instruction manual and only use the appliance as recommended in the manual.  Next make sure there is plenty of ventilation to avoid over heating.  Empty all of your filters regularly to make sure the engine doesn't have to over work.  Also regular maintenance as suggested in the instruction manual can make it so your appliances last a long time.
