FAQ's

Why isn't my appliance turning on?

First of check the power source making sure everything is plugged in. Then check the circuit breaker to ensure it hasn't tripped. Also don't forget to examine the power cord for any visible damage. After you've done these things if you can't figure out what the problem is feel free to give us a ring.

How does pricing work?

Trip charge/diagnostic fee ranges from $85 to $155 depending on location. After diagnosis an estimate will be provided with parts, tax, labor, and shipping, which is in addition to the trip charge/diagnostic fee.

What area's do you service?

See service area map below and or check Google for list of cities serviced as it does change

Why isn't my refrigerator cooling properly?

First you want to ensure that the temperature setting are set correctly. Next you want to ensure the condenser coils are clean. If they are dirty it can cause the refrigerator to overheat. While you are at it you should check the door seals to make sure that the unit isn't letting cold air out. If this doesn't fix the problem then it might be best to schedule an appointment with us.

Why is my washing machine leaking?

Good question and it could be a multitude of things. First thing to do is to inspect the hoses and look for loose connections or cracked hoses. Also check the door seal and make sure that it is free of debris or obstructions. This would be a good place to start and if this is done and you are still not able to find the problem feel free to book a time for our technician to stop by and look at the problem.

Sent Leatherneck Appliance an email with my appliance model # and error code on a Thursday morning. I received a call 25 mins later, and Aaron had looked up the error code, the parts needed and told me he could come out later that afternoon to troubleshoot and verify the problem. The parts were received early the following week, Aaron came out, replaced the parts, corrected a few other minor things he found and we've been up and running ever since!!! Would recommend to ANYONE needing an honest, hardworking appliance repairman!!!

I have an old gas stove top that wasn't self lighting anymore. I thought it needed new ignitors. With the stove top being so old, I wasn't even sure I could get new parts. But the tech cleaned it up well, and it works great now.
